1) Two rows of sprinklers shall be staggered.

2) When the indoor span is greater than the maximum protection span of the two rows of opposite nozzles, a row of nozzles should be added between the two rows of opposite nozzles.

3. Vertical and pendant sprinklers to expand the coverage area

Square layout shall be adopted for vertical and pendent sprinklers with expanded coverage area, and the arrangement spacing shall not be greater than that specified in the following table and shall not be less than 2.4m.

4. The distance between the splash pan and the top plate

Except for suspended ceiling sprinklers and sprinklers set under the suspended ceiling, the distance between the splash plate and the top plate of upright and pendent standard coverage sprinklers and extended coverage sprinklers shall be 75mm ~ 150mm, and shall meet the following requirements:

1) When the sprinkler is arranged on the plane below the bottom surface of the beam or other obstacles, the distance between the splash plate and the top plate shall not be greater than 300mm, and the vertical distance between the splash plate and the bottom surface of the beam and other obstacles shall be 25mm ~ 100mm.

2) When the sprinkler is arranged between the beams, the distance between the sprinkler and the beam shall meet the requirements. When it is really difficult, the distance between the splash plate and the top plate should not be greater than 550mm. For sprinklers arranged between beams, if the distance between the splash tray and the top plate reaches 550mm and still fails to meet the specifications, sprinklers shall be added below the bottom surface of the beam.

3) The vertical distance between the splash tray and the bottom surface of the ribbed beam plate shall be 25mm ~ 100mm for the sprinkler below the ribbed beam plate.

4) The arrangement of sprinklers between beams without suspended ceiling can be of unequal spacing, but the spray intensity should still meet the corresponding requirements.

 

Installation of 2. fire sprinkler

1. The nozzle installation must be carried out after the system pressure test and flushing are qualified.
 

2. When the nozzle is installed, the nozzle should not be disassembled or modified, and it is strictly prohibited to add any decorative coating to the decorative cover plate of the nozzle and concealed nozzle.
 

3. Special wrench shall be used for nozzle installation. It is strictly forbidden to use the frame of the nozzle to screw. When the frame and splash water tray of the nozzle are deformed or the original is damaged, the nozzle with the same specification and model shall be replaced.
 

4. The nozzle installed at the place vulnerable to mechanical damage should be equipped with nozzle protective cover.
 

5. When the nozzle is installed, the distance between the splash plate and the ceiling, door, window, hole or obstacle shall meet the design requirements.
 

6. Before installation, check the type, specification and place of use of the nozzle should meet the design requirements. When the system adopts concealed sprinkler, the elevation of water distribution branch pipe and the opening size of suspended ceiling shall be accurately controlled.
 

7. When the nominal diameter of the nozzle is less than 10mm, a filter should be installed on the main water distribution pipe or water distribution pipe.
 

8. When the width of beam, ventilation pipe, pipe and bridge is greater than 1.2m, the additional nozzle should be installed below its ventral surface.
 

9. The distance between the splash plate of the sag type early suppression fast response (ESFR) nozzle and the top plate shall be 150mm ~ 360mm. The distance between the splash pan of the vertical early suppression fast response (ESFR) nozzle and the top plate shall be 100mm ~ 150mm.

1. The setting place, specification, model, nominal operating temperature and response time index (RTI) of the nozzle shall meet the design requirements.

Inspection quantity: the number of design nozzles shall be 10%, the total number shall not be less than 40, and the qualified rate shall be 100.
 

2. Nozzle installation spacing, nozzle and floor, wall, beam and other obstacles should meet the design requirements.

Inspection quantity: check 5% of the design nozzle quantity, the total number is not less than 20, the distance deviation is ± 15mm, and the qualified rate is not less than 95%.
 

3. protective measures should be taken for nozzles installed in environments with corrosive gases and in places with freezing hazards.

4. A protective cover shall be added to the sprinkler installed in places with collision risk.

5. All kinds of nozzles of different specifications should have a certain number of spare supplies, the number of which should not be less than 1% of the total number of installations, and each kind of spare nozzle should not be less than 10.
