5.3.3.1 If the assembled fire water tank still leaks after being treated by fastening bolts or internal glue, or the components have defects such as cracks, it shall be scrapped.

5.3.3.2 The lift of the fire pump cannot meet the specification requirements under zero flow and rated flow, and the deviation from the design is still greater than 10% after maintenance, and the battery that cannot be charged normally shall be scrapped.

5.3.3.3 The pneumatic water supply device shall be scrapped in case of collision deformation, severe corrosion, obvious mechanical damage or lack of function that cannot be repaired.

5.3.3.4 The water pump adapter shall be scrapped in case of collision deformation, serious corrosion, obvious mechanical damage or lack of function that cannot be repaired.

5.3.3.5 Pipe sections with collision deformation, severe corrosion, obvious mechanical damage or more than one "sand hole" in steel pipe shall be scrapped.

5.3.3.6 Valves, check valves, electric valves, solenoid valves and water pump control valves with serious corrosion, obvious mechanical damage or leakage after maintenance shall be scrapped.

5.3.3.9 The outdoor fire hydrant shall be scrapped in case of collision deformation, severe corrosion, obvious mechanical damage or lack of function that cannot be repaired.

5.3.3.10 The indoor fire hydrant shall be scrapped if the rusted area reaches 1/3 or the water still leaks after maintenance.

5.4.3.1 The alarm valve set shall be scrapped in case of serious deformation, corrosion and other obvious mechanical damage or lack of function that cannot be repaired.

5.4.3.2 The water flow indicator and signal valve body should be scrapped when they are seriously deformed or corroded or cracked, and the electrical components are damaged and cannot be repaired; the sprinkler head splashing plate should be scrapped when they are seriously deformed and the heat sensitive device attachments cannot be removed.

After inspection in 5.9.3.1, the fire extinguishing agent or driving gas cylinder shall be scrapped if one of the following conditions occurs: a) it has reached the design service life; B) check the steel welded gas cylinder with the factory date stamp and full 20 years; C) check the steel seamless gas cylinder with the factory date stamp and full 30 years; D) unqualified hydraulic test; E) obvious traces of flame burning; f) Other items not conforming to the relevant provisions of GB 13075, GB 13004 and TSG R0004 after inspection. 5.9.3.2 The refrigeration unit shall be scrapped when it reaches the design service life or the refrigeration function fails and cannot be repaired. 5.9.3.3 The system components shall be scrapped in case of collision deformation, serious corrosion and other obvious mechanical damage or lack of function that cannot be repaired. 5.9.3.4 The pipe network and nozzle shall be scrapped in case of collision deformation, serious corrosion and other obvious mechanical damage.

10. dry powder fire extinguishing system

5.10.3.1 After inspection, the fire extinguishing agent or driving gas cylinder shall be scrapped if one of the following conditions occurs: a) it has reached the design service life; B) check the steel welded gas cylinder with the factory date stamp and 20 years old; C) check the steel seamless gas cylinder with the factory date stamp and full 30 years old; D) unqualified hydraulic test; E) obvious traces of flame burning; f) Incompliant with relevant provisions of GB 13075, GB 13004 and TSG R0004 after inspection. 5.10.3.2 In case of collision deformation, serious corrosion and other obvious mechanical damage or function loss, the system components shall be scrapped. 5.10.3.3 Collision deformation, serious corrosion and other obvious mechanical damage of pipe network and nozzle shall be scrapped. ❖

XI. Smoke Control and Exhaust System

5.11.3 The service life of the fan shall not exceed 12 years, and it shall be scrapped when it reaches the service life; if it does not reach the service life but has serious corrosion, mechanical deformation, etc., it shall be scrapped when it cannot work normally and cannot be repaired.

12. Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indicating Signs

5.12.3.1 The service life of the emergency lighting controller shall not exceed 12 years, and it shall be scrapped when it reaches the service life.

5.12.3.2 The service life of the battery shall not exceed four years, and it shall be scrapped when reaching the service life. Not reached the service life, but the surface of serious deformation, corrosion, leakage, etc., should also be scrapped.

5.12.3.3 The service life of lighting fixtures shall not exceed four years, and they shall be scrapped when they reach the service life.

13. Fire emergency broadcasting system

5.13.3.1 The service life of the fire emergency broadcasting system equipment shall not exceed 12 years, and the products reaching the service life shall be scrapped. Scrapping shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 29837.

XIV. Special telephone system for fire fighting

5.14.3 The service life of the special fire telephone system equipment shall not exceed 12 years, and the products reaching the service life shall be scrapped. Scrapping shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 29837.

XV. Fire Separation Facilities

5.15.3.1 The service life of fire door monitor and door magnetic switch shall not exceed 12 years, and they shall be scrapped when they reach the service life. If they continue to be used, they shall be subjected to functional test every year according to the relevant provisions of GB 29364, and they can only be used after passing the inspection. 5.15.3.2 The service life of electric door closers and electromagnetic releasers shall not exceed 20000 times, and they shall be scrapped when they reach the service life. If they continue to be used, they shall be connected to the fire door monitor for functional test according to the relevant provisions of GB 29364 every year, and can only be used after passing the inspection.

16. Fire Elevator

5.16.3 If the emergency landing button of the fire elevator and the special fire intercom telephone are seriously damaged and cannot be repaired, they shall be scrapped.

17. Combustible gas detection and alarm system

5.17.3.1 The service life of combustible gas detectors in residential buildings is five years, and the service life of combustible gas detectors in commercial and industrial places is three years. If the service life exceeds the service life, it should be scrapped.

5.17.3.2 The service life of the emergency cut-off device is ten years, and it shall be scrapped if it exceeds the service life.

XVIII. Electrical Fire Monitoring System

5.18.3.1 The service life of the electrical fire monitoring system equipment shall not exceed 12 years, and it shall be scrapped when the service life is reached.

19. Power supply monitoring system for fire fighting equipment

5.19.3.1 The service life of the power supply monitoring system of fire fighting equipment shall not exceed 12 years; if it continues to be used, the functional test shall be carried out every year according to the relevant provisions of GB 28184, and the equipment can be used only after passing the inspection.

20 Fire extinguishers

5.20.3.1 Fire extinguishers shall be scrapped if their service life meets the following requirements: a) water-based fire extinguishers shall be six years from the date of delivery; B) dry powder fire extinguishers and clean gas fire extinguishers shall be ten years from the date of delivery; C) carbon dioxide fire extinguishers shall be twelve years from the date of delivery. 5.20.3.2 The fire extinguisher shall be scrapped if the following conditions are found during the maintenance process: a) rust chips or corroded pits on the internal surface of the gas cylinder (or cylinder); B) the connecting thread of the gas cylinder (or cylinder) is damaged; C) the hydraulic test of the gas cylinder (or cylinder) does not meet the requirements. 5.20.3.3 Fire extinguishers shall be scrapped under any of the following conditions: a) The permanent identification is vague and cannot be identified; B) the fire extinguisher cylinder (or cylinder) has been burned; C) the gas cylinder (or cylinder) is seriously deformed; D) the 1/3 that the outer coating of the gas cylinder (or cylinder) falls off area is larger than the total area of the cylinder (or cylinder); E) there are corroded pits on the outer surface, connection parts and base; F) the gas cylinder (or cylinder) has repair marks such as soldering, brazing or patching; G) fire extinguishers repaired by illegal maintenance organizations; H) fire extinguishers prohibited by laws or regulations.
