Notes on installation and maintenance of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing device

1, the system installation is completed, should be in accordance with the design content and requirements, according to the relevant national standards for inspection, testing and debugging, and after acceptance before delivery.
2. The system shall be regularly inspected and maintained by specially trained personnel who have passed the examination. The problems found in the inspection shall be handled in time.
3, the use of the unit should establish the system equipment use technical files, the use of the status, maintenance inspection and test to make detailed records.
4. The system shall be inspected twice a month, and the inspection contents and requirements shall meet the following requirements:
(1) All system components shall be visually inspected. The system components shall be free of collision deformation and other mechanical damage, the surface shall be free of rust, the protective coating shall be intact, the nameplate shall be clear, and the protective cover, lead seal and safety signs of the manual operation device shall be complete;
(2) The installation position of all system components must not have other objects that hinder or hinder their normal operation;
(3) The indicator light on the controller panel should be normal, the position of each switch should be correct, and each connection should be free of looseness;
(4) The surface of the fire detector shall be kept clean, and there shall be no scratches, oil stains and paint that will interfere with or affect the detection performance of the fire detector;
(5) Check the internal pressure of the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent storage device, and the pointer of the pressure gauge should be within the normal range.
5. The system shall be comprehensively inspected twice a year. The inspection contents and requirements shall conform to the following provisions in addition to the contents specified in the monthly inspection:
(1) the opening of the protection area, the use of the protection area and the type, quantity and distribution of combustible materials shall meet the design requirements. Evacuation passages outside the protection area shall be kept unblocked;
(2) The bottle storage cabinet, fire extinguishing agent delivery pipeline, support and hanger shall be fixed without looseness;
(3) The connection between the fire extinguishing agent delivery pipeline and the nozzle and the connection of the fire extinguishing agent delivery pipeline itself shall be firmly installed;
(4) The high-pressure hose shall be free of deformation, crack and aging; if necessary, the hydraulic strength test and air tightness test shall be carried out according to the design requirements, and the hose can continue to be used only if it is qualified;
(5) Each nozzle orifice shall be free of debris blockage;
(6) Conduct a simulated automatic start test for each protection zone;
(7) Manual control, manual/automatic switching and emergency stop shall be normal.
6, every five years on the system and valve parts, pipeline for a comprehensive inspection and maintenance, including strength test, air tightness test, action function test, replacement of seals, sealing diaphragm and other vulnerable parts.
7. All personnel must evacuate the site within the delay time before the system operates to spray extinguishing agent. After the fire is put out, the ventilation system must be started first, and the staff can enter the scene only after the exhaust gas is exhausted. Before the exhaust gas is exhausted, if it is necessary to enter the protection area, wear a special air respirator or oxygen respirator.
8. Once the fire extinguishing system is activated, all equipment in the system shall be inspected and maintained by professional maintenance units or professionals, and the original working position shall be restored to make it work normally before it can be used.
19, there is high pressure gas in the bottle, it is strictly prohibited to invert! Must be careful, move with care! Avoid approaching heat sources, prevent direct sunlight, and keep dry and well ventilated. It is strictly forbidden to store flammable and explosive materials in one place!
10. The outlet of the container valve is equipped with an anti-misspray protective cap, which is connected with the valve body by a chain. The protective cap should be covered during handling to prevent the accidental release of the fire extinguishing agent from causing the fire extinguishing agent bottle group to wash down and injure personnel. It should be properly fixed during transportation to avoid rolling collision on the way.
11, it is strictly prohibited to dismantle the system and parts without permission! The filling of the fire extinguishing agent is high-pressure gas, if the filling process of improper operation, there will be a certain danger, so it is recommended that the filling of the fire extinguishing agent by the supplier or by professionals as required.
12. Gas cylinders shall be regularly maintained and maintained according to the requirements of Regulations for Safety and Technical Supervision of Gas Cylinders.
